I always have excellent service. Rick is wonderful. Since my husband passed 2 years ago, I can depend on him to be honest and straight in telling me what needs to be done with my car. He and his team have never failed me yet. Thank you for being there.

performed service in less time then anticipated....thanks only down side is I think price of service is a little high for what you get....but at least the service is done right.

The service and the repairs to my 2006 Avalon has always been excellent. The only complaint I have is that every time I bring in my car in for the scheduled maintence, the "out the door" cost is a couple hundred dollars more than I expected due to something they find that needs to be fixed. Because my wife and I are very aware of safety on the highway, we always have the additional maintenance completed. It would be nice to bring the car in sometime and be able to drive it "out the door" without an additional cost.
