"Royal Treatment"

I found Larry Miller Toyota when I was shopping for a very specific used car. The salesman, Gordon, made the whole process so easy since I came from Colorado to buy it. I was given royal treatment upon arrival including my vehicle sitting near red carpet. Not to mention it was spotless and had a full tank of gas. Excellent customer service!!!!

The salesman was not pushy but rather friendly. The finance lady (Sandy) was the real reason why I purchased. She took the time to look at everything before running my credit. I even left and went home to get all of my stuff and I brought it back and it took her about 1 hour. She went over everything with me and both I and my girl had a good time with her.

I was straight forward with her at the beginning and actually a little tough but not rude and she said that she is going to be honest 100% with her customers or she would not be doing what she was. I liked that answer. Instant trust. I believed what she said. I have never been at a dealership that I actually enjoyed myself at and actually trusted the people. I do here.

Then at the end I met Tommy Oh who made me feel very good. It was nice to see a friendly face. When I purchased my 2007 Corolla I dealt with Tommy and I liked him then. I will always come back to this Toyota Dealer. I did not just feel like a body or a number. That to me makes this place and these people a WINNER. I will probably never experience this kind of treatment again from another car dealer unless I return here and I will. Thank you.

I did have some confusion over the operation of the wiper when it began to rain. I had to get out the manual to figure out how to turn off the wipers. The manual itself was not that clear. It actually never addressed how to turn it off. But, Tracey and Walter were both very easy to work with. Thank you for a good experience. I love my new Yaris.

Truly, this was an expectional introduction to the world of Toyota, one I will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you all.

I recently purchased a 2008 FJ Cruiser from your dealership. JR was the one helped us all through out the purchase. He was very thorough through out the whole process. Today, I got a flat, wasn?t sure what to do, who to call, where to go, what was covered, I called JR to see if he could help. He was not only able to help me in what to do and where to go, but he looked up on the internet where the closest Discount Tire was. He also called the location and set me up with the person to get in touch with there. He went above and beyond to help me out with such a little thing that he did not have to. Larry Miller Toyota and employees are the best I've dealt with anywhere. I've been coming there 11 years for service on my 97 4Runner, which finally became undependable. One of your shuttle driver's introduced me to a car salesman that would not be high pressure with me and I ended up trading my worn out 4Runner for my new RAV4. All the employees at Larry Miller -- and I've dealt with MANY in the past 11 years -- are very friendly, respectful, and very helpful. It makes it much easier for a woman to feel respected and not cheated when obtaining car service like I did for the past 11 years there and then ultimately buying my new RAV4 there last week. You can be proud of ALL of your employees, from the wonderful shuttle drivers I've ridden with many times to your car salesmen and the ladies who do finances, etc.
