3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Your participation in the Promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on your compliance with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. If it is discovered that an entrant has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple e-mail addresses, Twitter handles/accounts, multiple identities, IP addresses, or use of proxy servers or similar methods, all of the entrant's entries will be declared null and void and any prize an entrant might have been entitled to receive will not be awarded to him/her.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Additionally, you can enter by registering on line at http://142637.fatwin.com, where you will be asked to enter your name, email and comply with the other minimal requirements to receive your entry, limit one entry per person/email address per calendar day during the Entry Period, with a new calendar day beginning at 12:00 AM EST, via this method of entry for the Promotion.

To Enter Without Registering Online Or Any Sharing Activity: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your full name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area codes included), age, and print the words "LARRY H MILLER TOYOTA PEORIA". Mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: FATWIN attn: Promotions Department 7225 Georgetown Road Indianapolis, IN 46268. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 02/20/2018 and received within the Promotional Period to be eligible. Limit up to 4 entries per calendar day during any of the Entry Periods. Limit of one entry per stamped outer envelope.

General Conditions For Entry: Limit up to a maximum of 4 entries per person and per email for the entire promotion, regardless of method of entry. Entries submitted from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Administrator. 5. PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD

The Promotion begins on 02/16/2018, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on 02/25/2018 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sweepstakes: The Sweepstakes portion of this Promotion offers one (1) entrant the chance to win His and Her Cars or $100k Cash. During the Promotional Period, each time an individual properly registers, a computerized system generates two numbers. If the two generated numbers match then that person becomes the potential winner subject to the remaining requirements of these Official Rules. The odds of winning this prize is 1:5000000.

(a) VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS Each potential prizewinner that is not instantly notified via a Kiosk or the microsite at participating Sponsor locations will be contacted within 2 weeks following the drawing regarding their prize. Each potential prize winner who entered via the microsite or kiosk will be notified immediately that a prize has been won and be provided with instructions on how to redeem their prize. Each potential prizewinner who entered via mail will be notified by mail. Potential prizewinners must sign any required Affidavit and Release prior to receipt of prize. If any required Affidavit and/or Release is not properly executed and provided to Administrator within seven (7) days of the date in which a potential prize winner is notified, the prize will be forfeited.
