Sequoia's new iForce MAX hybrid powertrain has big chops!
As one of the largest SUVs on the market, a powerful engine is a must, and the all-new 2023 Toyota Sequoia receives Toyota's iForce MAX turbo-charged V6 hybrid powertrain (the same as used in the Tundra), producing 437 horsepower and 583 pound-feet of torque. Acceleration is quick and powerful. As with the Tundra, the Sequoia hybrid engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic and has standard rear-wheel drive, offering 4-wheel-drive as an option other than the TRD Pro off-road model with 4WD as standard.
Updated tech
The new Sequoia offers a massive 14-inch touchscreen (optional on the base trim and standard on the rest), featuring Toyota's Audio Multimedia system's clear graphics, bright displays and updated functionality. Enjoy wireless phone charging and the convenience of available remote-connect through the Toyota app, your compatible smartwatch, or compatible phone, wherein you may lock/unlock doors, start and stop the vehicle, locate your last parked location, check vehicle status and monitor guest drivers. There's also an available 10-in color Head-up Display that displays speed, navigation, and hybrid system status.

Premium Headlights and Mirrors
Standard equipment on the all-new Sequoia includes heated and powered driver-side auto-dimming mirrors with turn signal and blind spot warning indicators, including power-folding and reverse tilt-down features. Also available, are power-extending tow mirrors with convex spotter and work light, which work well with Sequoia's standard towing gear and 9,000+ pound tow rating.
Designed for increased visibility at night, LED headlights and daytime running lights have auto on/off and manual headlight leveling through the driver instrument panel as standard, while the Platinum trim (and available on Limited) has automatic headlight leveling adjustment plus sequential turn signals.
